We use a Kentucky Blue Grass ten seed blend (all seed is Kentucky blue) that is drought tolerant, promotes deeper roots and thicker lawn that makes the lawn more resistant to weeds, give the lawn a darker green color that greens quicker in the spring and stays greener into the fall. Each seed has different strengths and once established the seed that fits the landscape culture will become more dominate.
